I have had variable experiences but it seems like a system issue as staff have always been kind and apologetic. 3.5 hours in queue today and no parcel, also paid for next day delivery earlier in week. Totally not the poor staff's fault who were being brilliant and getting cheers whenever a parcel came out. The smell on these buses is awful, I'm guessing that was due to no windows / flow of air? Rancid. And sod the windows on the 12 - when are we going to get replacements for the 176? I know of no other local route that runs buses that are 13 years old. We'll have bus-spotters riding them soon for their vintage value.
