Mother and baby classes

Can anyone recommend any classes / meet-up groups /yoga for mother and baby in East Dulwich. I'm keen to find something in walking distance of East Dulwich.

I run two mother and baby boxing classes in East Dulwich , Mondays 12.15-1.30 and Wednesday 1.15-2.30

I loved the mum and baby boxing classes at the mckenzie boxing gym on dog kennel hill (mind over matter). Baby loved it too, i would put him on a playmat and he?d watch and chat to the other babies. A very social fun class i made great friends and am in better shape now than i was pre kids ;-)

I really recommend Simone's mummy and baby boxing sessions at Dulwich Hamlet FC (Mind over Matter boxing). Great work out and babies love watching what you're doing :-) Simone is really approachable and enthusiatic, it's been so good for my mind as well as my body :-)

Also look up Takes a Village at Lordship Pub on Mondays. Started as London Slings Library but now a whole host of social stuff as well as a sling library.
