I wanted to recommend a very good Builder: Mark Longhurst. Mark has recently done various things in my house, including fitting a new bathroom, internal decorating and a few other things too, all done to a really high standard. He has years of experience in the trade and can find a solution to pretty much anything. He's a very genuine and down to earth person who will tell you exactly what he is doing and why.
