Yoga classes in East Dulwich

Looking for an inclusive local Yoga class? I teach on a Tuesday eve 8:15pm, and Fridays at 12:30pm to all levels at the Goose Green Centre(church hall not the clinic!)SE22 9AT. ?10 drop in(term time only). Hope to see you on the mat!

Love Kate?s class. Lovely way to wind down, warm up and get some lovely stretches in... Kate makes everyone feel welcome, no matter whether it?s their first ever class or they?re seasoned pros. Lovely atmosphere.

I?ve been going to this class for 2 years now. Kate is a wonderful yoga teacher (I?m quite picky), but I also love her class for her playlist, the beautiful wooden room at the goose green centre and the other people who come to get class - it?s a lovely vibe

Love this class! I did the Friday lunchtime class between work and it was just perfect - great way to unwind from the week and set up for weekend!

Kate is a really great teacher - makes everyone of all abilities feel welcome and I would highly recommend.
