Hello,

Selling this amazing Phillips goLITE BLU SAD energy light. About five years old but only lightly used. ?229 on Amazon, selling for ?65 (one model older than the one currently listed on Amazon). We have found this super effective in the winter months - husband and I have one each, but have decided we only need one between us!

Collection just off Bellenden Road.

  It may be worth consulting your vet. If she's diabetic & on medication, she will have missed 1-2 doses. It's a relief to hear that she's home, & I hope she makes a speedy recovery.

  The swimming lessons at JAGS Sportsclub are very popular, and the gym there might meet your needs. Southwark took over running its leisure centres from everyone active a while back and so far seems to be making a real mess of things. There’s lots of private gyms and other council ones in Lewisham and Lambeth so depending on exactly where you’re going to be you can look at those. JAGS and Dulwich College both have sports clubs with nice facilities, but you can’t use them during the school day. Check their sites for details.
