Does this always smell rank when you open the packet? Whenever I buy a packet it smells horrible- anyone else think that or is it me?

I have never smelt anything amiss with ours,we get it from sainsburys and lidl. It should smell the same as pasta!!

Can't say I have ever noticed anything either. But will remember to take note next time I open any :)

Depends

Are you using real barley couscous, or that nasty creamy white stuff that should only be feed to pigeons.

Opt for the former or move to Trafalgar Square.
