Nanny Recommendation

Hi

I wanted to recommend our wonderful nanny, who has been with us for nearly four years. She has looked after my nearly five year old since she was ten months and nearly two years ago added our nearly three year old. She has covered all normal nanny duties, including cooking (so much that we rarely have to cook at weekends), clothing, playdates, classes (she is expert at finding great new classes often free!).

I can honestly say that she is the most organized person I have ever met and goes above and beyond in everything she does (for example observing what toys they like at playdates or groups for birthday recommendations).

She has a 7 month old daughter who she would like to bring with her. I wouldn't have any concerns about this and we would have her back in a heartbeat, but I am also on maternity leave, and will probably take a period of time off work after my leave ends, so we cant make it work practically.
