BrandNewGuy
The council have the responsibility of keeping it clean - and it's great to have space for wildlife and people that isn't a manicured park. We're incredibly lucky to have such a quiet open green space. Let's keep it that way. zork
There?s a gate on Greendale cycle path - As it goes north, as it Starts to go uphill. Or you can find a smaller opening on the football ground side, the south eastern corner of the astroturf. You can also access it via the small wood behind Sainsburys. My family have used the wild space and astroturf consistently for 10 years. My daughter learned to ride a bike here, hit a tennis ball, rollerskate etc. Football, a good run around and endless family hide and seek in the wild areas, not to mention blackberry picking every summer. We always run into friends there and end up having a catch up. We?ll be sad to see it go, so many fond memories Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/219393-greendale-development-dhfc/page/5/#findComment-1548198 Share on other sites
