IlonaM
You might find a grant-giving trust on Turn2Us [https://grants-search.turn2us.org.uk/] and possibly through Turn2Us Funds. You can filter the search for family, health, children, location etc. As well as providing grants for furniture, baby things, there is also other support available. Turn2Us also has a benefits checker tool for seeing whether the family are accessing any and all support it is entitled to.Also Acts 435 is a charity set up by the Archbishop of York that provides small grants via crowdfunding. You would need to find the local advocate and apply through them [https://acts435.org.uk/join/advocates?region=london]. Locally, the Copleston Centre Church, Pecan in Peckham High St and All Saints Church, Peckham are listed, but there might be one closer to the family's address. These might be helpful resources in combination with the power of the Forum.
