Pre-course

We?ll have a call to find out exactly what you need. If you?ve already done classes or not, we can create a specially tailored session.

The Session

40 minutes - Movement

Ozlem can assist you with building strength, flexibility and stamina. You?ll work together as a team to practice different birth positions and movements for labour.

10 minutes - Break

Delicious refreshments provided

40 minutes - Mindset

I will be supporting you with hypnobirthing techniques that include visualisation, affirmations and deep guided meditation.
