Best thread in ages, nice one GG. I've had hours of fun with this today(the taxidermy book in particular}, tomorrow me and the ginger ninja are off to the Rye to kidnap some squirells, sew some chicken wings to their foreheads and let them loose on an unsuspecting public. Should make for an interesting bible group meeting amongst the elderly bibleheads.

    • They are. We are back to the same construction racket 8am-8pm every day for the whole of this week. The wall is one of the last things to come down, probably on Saturday.     • @Rockets be a sweety and stop using the large font, it's annoying and I expect most can comprehend. Still not sure how this festival affects you.  Or is it a case that you just like taking on causes 
    • It is intimidating looking through the book sections now.  I sometimes wonder if they're stocking bookshops' remainders. OTOH, when I put  some books out in a cardboard box for taking, it was  encouraging to see that a fair proportion of those taken were aged hardbacks.
