Skip hire/removal man with a van recommendations

We need some items removed from our property - old furniture mainly - I'm looking for a skip/or a van and a couple of guys to move it - unfortunately I'm not in London and my tenant can't lift heavy objects - any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
