Need gas safe checked person to cap gas pipe

Hi,

We?ve removed our gas oven and are replacing with an electric one. The gas is capped but there?s a big pipe in the way of the new oven, we need the gas pipe removed or shortened to floor level by someone who can provide their gas safe credentials only please. Let me know if you can help and how much. Thanks.
