I am looking for an experienced manuscript editor (preferably local) to review a draft, provide feedback, suggest changes/improvements and to ultimately help get it published.

You - need to be experienced, with a track record of achievement and appropriately qualified.

Cost - negotiable.

Or a recommendation if anyone has one.
