I have a house at the quiet end of Bellenden Rd., 6 mins from E.Dulwich rail station and 12 mins from Peckham Rye. My lovely lodger will be leaving very soon, vacating the top largest bedroom, which has a double bed, desk, 2 chairs, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has 4 bedrooms (one for family and friends available to all). I'm looking for a female professional who wants a Monday-Friday let. [With flexibility to stay some weekends.] ?500 pcm, including all bills, and a fortnightly cleaner. I lead a busy life and am happy to eat together and go to the cinema from time to time. Anyone living in my house is automatically invited when friends come to dinner. Equally, someone who wants a quiet life/prefers their own company is also welcome. Please PM me.
