Tai Chi classes at the Copleston Centre every Friday afternoon

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today is practised as a graceful form of exercise.

It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.


Here at the Copleston Centre our Silver linings

programme aimed at the older generation provides

A Tai-Chi class every Friday afternoon

between the hours of 2.30pm-3.30pm.
