need urgently - expert in wooden hand rails

I urgently need a DIY person who is kind and considerate as well as having experience in putting up /installing wooden hand rails around the walls of our small ground floor flat.

We live in SE5 almost opposite the Camberwell School of Arts on Peckham Road.
