Someone with the skill and tools to cut patterns from a broken bowl

Hi, I have a broken bowl and, as I have loads of that design, I don't need it fixed. What I would like is for someone with the right skills and tools (maybe like a dentist's drill?) to cut the section(s) of patterns from the plate. I am happy to bring the bowl to your place so you can see if you can help me out. It would need then to be smoothed I suppose. I am not sure if this is possible! Thanks for reading.

I'm pretty handy with a Dremel, and also have several diamond cutting bits. Sounds fun!
