By learning yoga techniques, you will be able to strengthen and stabilise your body, and know how to better ease any aches and pains you may have. You will learn new breathing techniques that will aid relaxation and create a mindful environment, as well as support you through labour, birth and motherhood.No previous experience of yoga is necessary but you must be in your second or third trimester of pregnancy when the course starts.Members - FreeNon Members - ?60To book please call us on 020 8613 6500.
