amyw
Hi,We are going to Cambodia with our 11 month old (or he will be at the time)I'm planning to buy a pushchair for the trip which involves a few other places but Cambodia is the roughest, pram-wise.We will use a sling for the sights but would like a pram for sleeps, around the streets of the towns etc.I'm looking at the micralite Superlite - if you have any experience of this pram over rough / bumpy terrain I'd be interested to hear how you got on.Or recommendations of other prams you know of.Thanks in advance. verds
I have a Superlite and love it. It's light, gorgeous and the pumped up tyres mean it's good over bumps. I've recently been using a Maclaren Quest, which is even smaller and much easier to fold and carry, but a bit rattly in comparison. You're welcome to test drive the Superlite if that helps. snowboarder
I don't know whether the countries you are visiting are going to be very hot, but the problem I have always found with light travel strollers are that the sunshade on them is a bit rubbish (it certainly is on the quest!). We went to Australia with our then 8m old and took the baby jogger city mini as it folds really easily, pretty light, reclines flat and has an awesome sunhood. The new gt version sounds even better as it is basically the city mini with forever air (so non puncture) tyres and an adjustable handlebar...http://www.babybabyonline.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/g/t/gt_crimson_1.jpg Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/22417-prams-for-travelling-micralite-superlite/#findComment-529667 Share on other sites
