Help Establishing Astanga Yoga Self Practice

Are you one of the thousands with an established yoga practise, who struggles with the whole getting up bastard early, to hit the mat, part?

Needing help finding that self sustaining routine?

Let me help - I used to be a duvet fiend, but am now into the whole "get things moving" approach to mornings. I will come over, wake you up & run through a 60min sequence with you, either at your place, in a park, or at a yoga studio if your choosing.

Note - I am not a yoga teacher, just a student with a number of years practise under my belt, so this shouldn't be seen as a substitute for guidance by a qualified instructor.

Hence I'm only asking for ?10ph. Ridiculously cheap - but better than doing it in my garden, on my own, for nowt! (Which I do currently, anyway) I'll even cook breakfast, now and again. I'm very good with the art / science of nutrition / weight loss & can introduce you to a number of useful "life-hacks" that may help you out of binge / low energy patterns.

    • Adding a recommendation for Andy, who just did a job for us hanging heavy mirrors and pictures in our house. He gave a clear and fair price, works very tidily, made sure that I was happy with the work and placement of the pictures and is very pleasant to have around.
    • In what sense? Be more specific  (and I have worked in retail and hospitality)  nothing I said is in any way anti-retail as far as I can see  Out of interest and for comparison, which country do you think gets it right to a significant degree?
    • The root of all these problems is that the model of capitalism pursued in this country for the last 45 years has failed utterly. It’s only true beneficiaries inhabit an ever decreasing circle of have-lots in a sea of have-nots, defended by an increasingly squeezed band of born at the right time boomers, which surely cannot hold.
    • I'm talking about parts of the country economically deprived, some that never recovered from the loss of traditional industries. But in your point, yes, there are those that are never happy.  We should be reasonably happy in this area.
