Nanny wanted from September 2019

Hello

We are in search of a lovely and caring nanny for our 2 children (currently 6 months and 3 years) from August/September 2019, 3 full days a week, possibly 4.

Our eldest attends pre-school during term time, so you would mainly have our youngest and do pick ups in the afternoon, and then have them both during the school holidays. Driver required (you can use your own or our car) as we live in Sydenham and his school is in Dulwich.

The role would involve preparing meals for the children, keeping the house tidy, helping with bath and bedtime and doing their laundry when required. We are looking for someone nurturing and proactive in helping with their development. Our little one seems quite sociable so having a network of nannies would be a bonus.

Finally, it would be great to have someone that is willing to do extra babysitting and the odd weekend if we go away (not that we go out anymore!)

If this sounds of interest please get in touch!

    • Silly question, but would it not have been someone at  the school who marked the mock, and if so (rotten teaching notwithstanding) could they not say why she fell short? I hope you find someone who can help.

    • As a slight woman in my mid 60's who's an avid walker I find these reports really upsettting and to be honest they put me off the idea of walking around the area for relaxation and pleasure like I used to. Most disturbing is the report of them threatening to kill someones dog and trying to kick it- I'm streetwise having been born and brought up in Notting Hill long before it was gentrified, and I lived in NYC for awhile in the 80's but there was'nt this senseless nastiness attacking and intimidating people for 'sport' that there seems to be now. Not long ago I had two females on a 185 bus just pushing me and cussing me for no reason whatsover-I confronted them about it and they carried on and started threatening to kill me...I honestly have no idea why. probably Just trying to intimidate me..another passenger advised me to get off because he could see they were jabbing me in the side and pushing me around-I did get off and realised I was actually really shaken up and scared they'd followed me. I dont know why there is so much anger and hatred in the world it saddens me.
