Brazilian Supper Club

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I am Ariane and have been living in Ed since moved to the UK about two years ago.

I am very proud of my country?s cuisine but xcannot afford to leave my work as a Banker to open a restaurant(not for now at least).

Therefore, i thought about organizing a supper club here at my house (close to Dulwich Library Dulwich) at around ?20-?25 per person with 3 course and 3 glasses of wine.

Dishes will be Brazilian inspired but can make arrangements for dietary restrictions.

Please let me know if you would have interest in something like this. Would be talking of 6 people per evening.

    • Hi, does anyone have their up to date number please?
    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
