Sharpening garden shears

Does anyone know where I can get garden shears sharpened? Seems crazy to buy new ones instead. Thanks!

There is a tiny little garden centre quite near here which sends away shears and secateurs for sharpening, but I can't remember exactly where it is.

In the summer it has trays of bedding plants, veg etc laid out on the pavement.

I have a vague recollection it was near West Dulwich Station (I don't mean the garden centre next to North Dulwich Station).

I'm sure someone on here will recognize it from my terrible description!

Also,you can buy a sharpener to sharpen them yourself. I had one once .....
