shoshntosh
HI Anyone have suggestions on books that you'd love to see made into a film or TV show? If it's recent, super popular, or prize-winning it's probably already been done, is being done, or has been considered and rejected. Ideally old(er), possibly thought not necessarily more obscure, books. Especially anything with social impact. True stories are a plus!!Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/225515-book-to-screen-adaptations/ Share on other sites
Captain Marvel
In Brit terms I've always thought that if the Americans had illustrious historic figures like:Hereward the Wake, Boudicca, Alfred the Great, Nelson, Francis Drake, Walter Raleigh and Captain Cook, they would have made big budget films about themAnd then there are the more controversial ones:Clive of India, Gordon of Khartoum, Cecil Rhodes Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/225515-book-to-screen-adaptations/#findComment-1336365 Share on other sites
