Each fruit tree is approx 6ft (approx 7+ years old) grown in pots.

I can't remember the exact fruit variety but I think they Conference Pears and Victoria Plums

They are both healthy trees and have been bearing a good crop every year. However as they are getting quite large they would thrive from being planted in the ground. (our garden is paved)

1 x Pear Treee ?25 ono (pot included)

1 x Plum Tree ?25 ono (pot included)

The photo's are from last month - the blossom has now fallen. The pear tree is on the left of the photo and the plum is on the right.

Collection from Ulverscroft Road.

    • Hi, does anyone have their up to date number please?
    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
