Thinking about heading to Il Mirto this evening, any recommendations on it please? Reviews sound pretty positive.

I was wondering if it is advisable to book ahead, and the price of a beer in there?

Some time since we've been there, but the food was excellent.

Don't remember the drinks being overly expensive.

Where is it and is it relatively wuiet or an area that is quieter? Got relatives coming over who hate loud noise!!

It's just round the corner from the station on Melbourne Grove. It is relatively quiet, but if you get a large table of people in there, can be loud. It's difficult to tell. Food is incredible. Service is very friendly and helpful.

But I really really recommend it to anyone. My dad came to visit and be isn't a huge fan of Italian food but always asks if we can go back there when he comes to visit again!
