No particulars yet but the house is in a prime location - close to Dulwich Village schools (7 mins walk), 5 mins from Dulwich Park and 8 mins walk from Lordship Lane.

We have fully renovated it to a high standard and spec is 4 double bedrooms inc large ensuite loft conversion, open kitchen/diner, lounge, utility room, bright garden facing office/study, Valiant boiler, Miele washer and dryer, lovely mature 80 ft rear garden with patio. Approx area 1750 sq ft total.
