I booked him yesterday - I got lucky as he had a cancellation. He was here bang on time this morning and did a fabulous job on my windows which had not been cleaned for some time. He has all his own equipment (tank and long poles to reach the top floors). He was also extremely reasonably priced. As you can tell I am very pleased indeed with the whole experience.
