Help with lifting boxes this Saturday

We need some help moving some boxes and items down from the loft and up from the cellar. Nothing stupidly heavily but my husband has recently had a back op so is unable to do it and it's a bit beyond my strength. Ideally we'd like someone to come next Saturday 15th for three hours.   Have not got any mains water anyone know whats happening ? i would imagine its affecting a few. Cant see anything on Thames Water website
