Large loft room with bathroom available to let for part-time lodger

My large loft room will shortly be ready to let. The space is the entire top floor of a Victorian terrace in East Dulwich which includes its own modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and living space with sofa, TV, desk etc.

I'm looking for a professional FEMALE who needs a London base in the week. I am flexible with which nights and it can include occasional weekends as I am not always home. A Mon-Fri arrangement would be ?800pcm. PM me for more details.

  I'd try the Dulwich Village of "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think thise areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.

  Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance. The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.
