Hello! We have a little cat who is currently not as little as she should be- nearly 1kg overweight! She is 4yrs old but this has only become an issue within the last 10 months. We realise she looks small so possibly underfed but I can assure you she isn?t, she?s also very friendly and so probably very convincing! She?s been on a diet now for quite some time but it?s not helping so we think it?s likely she may be getting food elsewhere. We would very much appreciate it if anyone sees her around to not feed her as it?s now becoming quite a significant health issue (we are close to east Dulwich Station and she?s usually around East Dulwich Grove, Elsie Rd and Derwent Grove but she may wander further). She?s also sporting a lovely collar of shame asking not to be fed! I know it?s nice to feed animals and have them visit but she has a very loving home already where she is fed appropriately and we desperately don?t want to see her become unwell because she?s overweight. I?ve attached a picture for reference. Xxx

    • I recommend Andy—he was punctual, tidy, resourceful, clear about timing and pricing, and did quality work at relatively short notice. I would use his services again and have already recommended him to friends.
    • You can still  request a phone appointment with a doctor, I think, if it's an issue you need to ask questions about? Or, I have had questions quickly answered by a GP  via their online system. Hopefully all this is teething problems, and the staff as well as patients are having to get to grips with a relatively new system. I can fully understand that it is much better all round if GP face to face appointments are saved for things that need a physical examination, and it must mean that patients who do need one  are seen more quickly than under the old system?
    • the missus has tried both out and preferred Chango.
    • I was also told I could only do a same-day appointment online but the form wouldn't accept my details  so had to call and they did the online form! Then instead of getting a call back from the doctor as I used to,  I got a text which wasn't much help  and didn't allow me to ask any questions. When you do get to see the doctors they're generally great but the process is very difficult.
