Hi, my Undercounter freezer has just stopped working , checked the fuse all ok. It?s about 3yrs old. Does any know of a repair person locally? Please let me know. Thank you. Sally.

The post by sweet girl is spot on - there is a good chance that a new relay is all that is needed. If you wanted to order one, I could fit it for you, or I could come over & do some tests, first, which would save a few quid if it isn't that.

Sorry the same company mix repairs who are based in North London N22 came out to look at my american fridge a few months back. They told me a load of cobblers that we had a gas leak and it could not be repaired. Contacted spin doctor who gave us the details of the local guy Glenagsrefrigeration on the forum who repaired it in no time. The clue is probably in company postcode and the posters username.

Give glen a call, he is a trained fudge engineer with all of the correct testing and safety equipment.

I would seriously not advise using a untrained handyman to work on a major appliance!!!
