One of my lads is off ill, the other has not turned up & I need to finish my current project for my poor , but very patient customer. Everything is prepped, but I need someone to build a deck & plant up the borders. I?m laying the turf today, so just those things to finish off. Well paid if you have the experience & the ability to do an excellent job.

  Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
