Roof windows to be cleaned recommended window cleaner please

Hi :)

We live in the roof of a fourth floor flat. The windows only open a small amount.

Does anyone have recommendations of how to get these windows cleaned by a professional?

Anyone able to come and assess to give a quote.

Here's a photo of one of the windows. We have six that need cleaned.

If you open the window to the point you have it now and then slightly pull it forwards, whilst pressing down on the rectangle shaped digit on the bottom right of your photo, that should enable you to push the whole window upwards and round to clean it.

Shocking really that you can't open your windows up to open/clean them.

I'll give this a go thanks. It's not the first problem I've had eith landlord... Been here. Nearly 4 years and they won't install blinds and it's like a greenhouse in summer. It reachees over 28 degrees sometimes up to 35. :(
