Mark Newlove has just fixed a water leak which was really difficult to locate as well as installing the new boiler I desperately needed. He is efficient, professional, friendly and cheerful. He is also very reasonable. I really recommend him very highly.

He has just been to install 4 thermostatic valves on some radiators taking just over 30 minutes to do the lot! Brilliant man and very friendly.

Why are there multiple threads for the same person? And I?ve found at least two negative reviews for him. Is he paying for all these threads and reviews?

I can assure you that he does not pay for these threads! I had water pouring through the kitchen ceiling on a Saturday morning. I first called the Home emergency people with whom I have a policy but the man they sent was useless. I then called Mark who came out on the same Saturday and sorted the problem out.
