Hello lovely people of East Dulwich!

I'm Ella, a local yoga teacher who has recently started a class at Watson's General Telegraph pub, every Saturday morning 11am-12noon.

Expect a friendly and non-judgemental space, welcoming all levels of experience and ability to move, breathe and ease into your weekend. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga, linking steady movement and breath, to focus the mind and strengthen the body.

  Why not get a real poodle. They can be clipped to look like a cockapoo if you like. They don’t need to be in a show clip. They don’t shed. Both breeds would need regular grooming. I have/had friends with very charming poodles both medium and standard so see if you can make the acquaintance of some.

  They're both names that have stuck in my mind, Lukasz particularly. These searches may well be helpful to you.   Hi - I posted a request for some help with a stuck door and possible leaky roof. I had responses from Lukasz at Look_as.com and Pawel at Sublime Builders. I don't see any/many reviews - has anyone used either person? Could use a recommendation rather then just being contact by the tradespeople... Many Thanks
