Milk & More deliveries

Hi there

Is anyone else getting Milk & More deliveries at 1/2am? Previously it was delivered 6/7am.

On both occasions this week the milk has been undrinkable having been out on the doorstep for 5/6 hours on warm evenings, a neighbours milk (North Cross Road) also went off. Be interested to know if anyone else is having this issue.

I contacted M&M to complain and they just told me to buy one of their cool bags!

I stopped using them when they forgot to deliver a few times but still charged me plus the inconsistency with time keeping.

Thanks for your response. I?m going to do the same, they?re basically saying their products will sour and curdle unrefrigerated unless you buy one of their keep cool products which I think is wrong, they should deliver as close to a reasonable hour as possible to keep things fresh, but it?s not convenient for them, so the onus is on the customer.

Yes we have had the same problem and had to throw away the milk twice this week - very annoying!

Sorry to hear you?ve had the same issue, I dropped [email protected] a note, and they issued me a ?5 voucher telling me to use it on their cool bags, but I cancelled anyway. Worth an email to see if you fare better than I did!

We have used a Milk and More Cool Bag for a number of years and rarely had 'off' milk. Ours seem to be delivered around 6 am and we do not always take it in until around 10 am.

We definitely had this problem during the sweltering heat. Ours usually comes around 3am (and last night it was earlier). We haven?t used a cool bag though and I can see the justification but it doesn?t fit easily with efforts to reduce waste (and non-natural items especially) if we all have to buy their particular cool bag. Can?t we use a cool bag of our own, or failing that a bowl of ice water??
