The Nappy Lady
Hi allI'm looking for a play scheme for my (by then) 8 year old for the first 2 weeks of the summer holidays while I work Mon-Thur ideally 9-5 though could manage with shorter hours at a push. Can anyone point me in the direction of some good ones? I have to drop my 3 year old at Colyton Rd (childminder) and I work on Barry Rd so something equally local would be ideal. MGolden
Townley Road Holiday Sports Camp 0771 4333539.Very sports orientated as the name would suggest. But I'm not sure when in summer it will be running and the days only run from 09:30-15:30. In the past they ran extended days but don't seem to have done so for about a year.Highly recommended though, my 13yo son is quite upset that he won't be going there again after Oct half term! BeccaL
The one at Dulwich college is run by avp sports - sorry don't have address to hand. Is about ?40 per day but do different sport every day plus swimming and bouncy play which is very good fun. Daughter went last year when she was 6 for a week and loved it - will be doing 2 weeks this summer. Good range of sports to try which we liked. They can do art or more sport in the afternoon depending on what they choose.
