House clearance, everything (almost) ?10 or free, first come first served

Hi all,

We're at 17 Gilkes Crescent, SE21 7BP and clearing out the following from the house - all of it to sell and be picked up between Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll be open house every day between 6.00 and 9.00 in the evening for collection - no need to text or call. [if you do need me I'll be on 07500 952288 or [email protected] but won't be picking up/replying except at at lunchtime and after 1730.]

Everything bar two items will be a tenner or less. All bar three asterisked items are in one of the three photos - best I could do!
