Free - pressure washer, faulty but can be fixed

Free Nilfisk pressure washer, with attachments and instructions. Picture attached. I'm giving it away as when it does work it is good, but I can't get it to turn on at the moment. Hopefully it is an easy fix for someone with the knowledge or time to have a play.
