I'm selling this lovely trouser suit as I'm having a wardrobe clear out... Joseph grey pinstripe wool trouser suit, size 38/10. 75% wool. Single breasted buttoned jacket. Slightly flared lined pants with two pockets at the front and one at the rear. The suit is fully lined. The suit is in excellent, used condition. There is a little pilling of the fabric between the legs at the crotch but no others marks or signs of ware. The lining is in excellent condition. Comes from a pet free and smoke free household.   Yeah, it did work out in the end, but it was way more stressful and expensive than it needed to be. He lost money. He had higher offers early on, but those buyers pulled out because of all the delays. On top of that, he spent a fortune on legal fees trying to get the neighbour to sign off on the freehold transfer. It dragged on for ages. In the end, he was lucky the final buyer stuck with it, but the price was lower, and the whole thing left a bad taste. A lesson learned. Share of freehold can be a real nightmare if the other owners aren’t cooperative. You’ve got to be 100 per cent sure everyone’s reasonable, otherwise it’s just not worth the hassle.

  It's quite a steep step from memory. The ramp would have to be quite a few feet long to make the angle shallow enough to be safe. Maybe I'm wrong - not an expert.
