Nanny Available from Sept

Recommended Posts

Hey my names Laura, I'm a nanny looking for a new position from Sept as the little boy I look after is starting nursery so they no longer need me all the time. So I am ideally looking for a 2/3 day a week position. I can be flexible on what days these are. I live right by The Horniman museum so I'm very local to east dulwich/peckham rye areas however I am happy to travel further if needed.

I have over 12 years childcare experience now with children aged 3months to 6 years. I started my career based in private nurseries and then moved onto becoming a nanny which I love!

I am NVQ Level 3 qualified in childcare learning and development, first aid trained and DBS checked. Not currently Ofsted registered but more than happy to sort that out if needed.

I am happy to provide references and more information if needed also.

Many thanks

Laura

    • As the days shorten having evening fireworks for e.g. birthday parties becomes more realistic, the idea that fireworks is only about Guy Fawkes day or New Year's Eve is not a rule. I personally do not like fireworks, but other do, and I would see no reason to stop other's pleasure. I am sure the local Puritans will object, and there are issues about disturbing wild life with unexpected noise. But I'm in favour of simple pleasures. And many do like fireworks.
    • That's great you have the cat! Sorry to interfere, and feel free to ignore this, but it might not be a great idea to post your mobile number on a public forum? You can message the owner on the forum via a private message.

    • Most churches rent out halls for children's' parties but rarely adult parties, Christ Church only does afternoon parties,   The East Dulwich Community centre hires out halls to 9 pm only and all music needs to be on a sound restrictor as is in a residential area. St Johns with St Clements have a small hall but not sure if they allow adult parties. Nunhead Green has a newish community centre with a couple of different size halls. Most places seem to charge around £40 ph  with a deposit of £100/200 (returned if no damage or excess cleaning needed.
