Pilates classes at Honor Oak Baptist Church starting again on Tuesday 10th September.

Come and join this friendly community class on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Classes are designed to work on your core strength and posture to give you a whole body balanced workout as well as to relieve aches and pains.
