Mindfulness Based Stress Relief (MBSR) 2-day course with Jonathan Clark. (Flyer attached)

Follow-on Course for curious beginners or those who have done a Mindfulness Course and are looking for a refresher.


Sundays 15th & 22nd September 2019 ? 10.30am - 5.30pm at The Goose Green Clinic, 57-59 East Dulwich Road SE22 2A


*Develop and practice skills to manage stress and develop greater inner calm.

*Consolidate and renew skills acquired on an MBSR Course or meditation class.

*Offer yourself more time than usual to meditate

*Experience some peace in a busy world.


There will be plenty of space for discussion and personal exploration.


Jonathan Clark has been teaching meditation, mindfulness and MSBR courses in London for over 15 years

      So it's for tourists and others actually staying in Southwark? So a person living and working  in England but staying in a hotel in  Southwark for work purposes (say) would have to pay this tax (or their employer would)? But a tourist from France (say),  staying in a hotel outside Southwark but visiting all the Southwark "tourist attractions" wouldn't?

      John Marx fitted a Howdens Kitchen for me in April this year. He and his partner Gabi provided great support and service throughout the refit. They are a pleasure to work with and they made the whole process as smooth as possible.  John is trustworthy and reliable and takes great pride in his work. He is also an excellent problem solver - nothing fazes him.  He was also happy to come back for any snagging issues once the work was completed.  I am delighted with my new kitchen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.  His email is [email protected]
