gebbjane
Big fan of the vegetarian restaurant Terre a Terre, even though not vegetarian myself found the food very tasty. jamie3
I can second the Terre a Terre recommendation - it's great! You'll need to book early as they're usually very busy. Have a great time, Brighton is an awesome town :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/23568-brighton/#findComment-546469 Share on other sites
Dodo1
Thanks! Would prefer non veggie recommendations. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/23568-brighton/#findComment-546574 Share on other sites
NJD
Due South is fantastic - local produce. You'll definitely need to book. It's under the arches on the seafront.www.duesouth.co.uk Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/23568-brighton/#findComment-546584 Share on other sites
Charlotte86
The Gingerman is very nice, quite intimate and romantic. The food is really good. http://gingermanrestaurant.com/Hotel du Vin is always safe bet, guaranteed a nice meal and good service. http://www.hotelduvin.com/hotels/brighton/bistro.aspxOr if you?re looking for something more low key the king and I is a fantastic Thai restaurant, really good food and very authentic. http://www.thekingandi-brighton.com/I have not been there for dinner, but I never go to Brighton without going to this place for brunch. It is amazing. If there is a queue it is worth the wait (and the queue normally goes pretty quick) http://www.bills-website.co.uk/As for places on route, Arundel is a nice to wander round. The castle and cathedral are interesting if you?re into that sort of thing. I would also recommend Lewes as a nice place to stop.Enjoy!
