Mum coaching

Recommended Posts

Hello

I am Natalie. I am a local mum of 3 and I'm The mum coach 😊

As a mum coach, I help mums who need time to focus on themselves and someone to talk to and share how you are REALLY feeling.

WHY HIRE ME?

As a mum myself, I understand the challenges of being a mum. After you have a baby, life changes so much and you have the responsibility of caring for a whole person ALL the time!

As a life coach I understand you NEED time to focus on yourself, time to think about your wants and needs. By working with me you will feel more positive & confident as a mum 😊

My mum coach packages are affordable because I know mums don't really like spending money on themselves - we do it but we feel guilty

My mum coach packages start at ?25, the price of a pedicure!

I work with mum's on whatever YOU want to focus on.

*Some mum's want to talk about feeling low and lost

*Some mum's want to talk about finding out who they are now and what to do next

*Some mum's want to focus on how they are feeling post birth

*Some mum's want to focus on creating balance in their life

*Some mum's want to focus on changing career after having children

Whatever it is YOU need time to talk about you can do that with me.

I offer 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute coaching sessions which you can book weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. Sessions take place at my Bond Street coaching room.

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
    • Some of us oldies would associate Grove with the old Grove Vale School (which I went to in the 1950s)
