I bought this sofa exactly a year ago from Skandium. I absolutely love the design but unfortunately it's a little bit too big for my space which is why I am selling it.

It is designed by Daniel Schofield https://www.danielschofield.co.uk/ and made exclusively for Skandium

It retails at ?2,990.00. I am selling for ?1,300

Dimensions: L:200 X D:92 X H:86 (Sear height: 44cm, Seat depth: 75cm)

Frame: oiled oak

Cushions: foam

Fabric: Skandium's remix fabric (90% new wool worsted, 10% Nylon)

You can see the full listing on Skandium's website here: https://www.skandium.com/at-ease-sofa-31599

There are a few stains on one of the seat cushions which I have photographed (please see separate listing). These are on one side of the cushion only. The cushion can be turned around so that they are not visible. I will also have the sofa professionally cleaned before shipping if the buyer would like me to!

Buyer to arrange for collection/delivery.

Happy to arrange viewings!

Please let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer.

    • Are their plans up on the Southwark Planning Portal? https://planning.southwark.gov.uk/online-applications/ This should show exactly what they are planning to do. Permitted development doesn't apply to flats. To build an extension to a flat you must apply for planning permission. https://www.planningportal.co.uk/permission/common-projects/flats-and-maisonettes/extending-ground-floor-flat Therefore the plans should be there.
