I?ve not found a daytime class suitable, so I?m now looking into 1:1 sessions in the area.

Have you looked at Yogarise in Peckham - https://www.yogarise.london/ I think they run Pregnancy Yoga classes.

They run them at Level 6 as well https://levelsixstudios.co.uk/schedule

They're also on the timetable at Zen Yoga in Camberwell.
