rhamilton9.210
Hi there,Myself and my partner are looking to set up our own market stall selling fresh, homemade food - bread, cakes, biscuits etc. We are looking at availability around the area at the moment. As we are new to this game, we are looking for some tips from people that are market stall holders themselves. I also have a couple of questions I'd like answering, if anyone can shed light on them that would be great. - What is the best way of attaining a food safety and hygiene level 2 certificate and how long does it take?- What are the regulations regarding labelling the products with BB dates, ingredients and other information?- If I wanted to set up public liability insurance can this be done overnight? Many thanks in advance, and if there is anything extra you'd like to share, it would be greatly appreciated.Richard Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/238107-new-market-stall-seller/ Share on other sites
